Terms and Conditions

  1. Acceptance of Terms
    By placing an order with San Diego Label (“Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any additional terms proposed by the buyer that conflict with or alter these terms are expressly rejected unless agreed to in writing by an authorized representative of the Company.
  2. Quotations and Pricing
    All quotations provided by the Company are valid for a period of 60 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The Company reserves the right to correct any typographical or clerical errors in pricing or specifications.
  3. Orders and Payments
    • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. The Company reserves the right to refuse any order at its discretion.
    • Payment terms are specified on the invoice and must be adhered to. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
    • A finance charge of 1.5% per month may be applied to overdue payments, subject to legal limitations.
    • Any disputes regarding payments must be raised within seven (7) days of receiving the invoice.
  4. Shipping and Delivery
    • All shipments are FOB (Free on Board) from the Company’s location. The risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
    • Estimated shipping dates are provided for reference only. The Company is not liable for any delays due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to supply chain issues, labor disputes, natural disasters, or shipping carrier delays.
    • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
  5. Inspection and Acceptance of Goods
    • Buyers must inspect received goods within four (4) business days of delivery. Any claims regarding defects, damages, or incorrect orders must be made in writing within this period.
    • The use of the goods constitutes full acceptance of the order. Installed or altered goods are not eligible for return or exchange.
  6. Return and Refund Policy
    • Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are only accepted for non-conforming or defective products.
    • Returned products require prior approval and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before being shipped back.
    • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to the Company’s error.
    • Refunds or replacements will be processed upon verification of the returned goods.
  7. Cancellations and Modifications
    • Orders may only be canceled or modified with the Company’s written consent.
    • Cancellations may be subject to fees covering costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.
  8. Warranty and Limitation of Liability
    • The Company warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery.
    • This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, or use beyond stated specifications.
    • The Company’s liability is strictly limited to the replacement or refund of defective goods. Under no circumstances shall the Company be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruptions.
  9. Intellectual Property
    • All designs, trademarks, and other intellectual property related to the Company’s products and services remain the sole property of the Company.
    • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the Company’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
  10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
    • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
    • Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of San Diego County, California.
  11. Amendments
    • The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
